RM provides an impartial outsider (the mediator) to assist in the resolution of workplace disputes. In an ongoing relationship, mediation works to build and maintain the bond, empowering parties toward joint problem solving and effective decision-making.

Coaching & Mentoring

RM works with clients one-on-one to identify business and personal objectives and assists in the development of a plan of action for personal growth and positive change. Private & confidential, our coaches provide on going counsel that will removes barriers and support high levels of individual achievement.

Action Planning & Follow-up Sessions

Experience has shown that to truly apply the skills and knowledge one acquires through training, a plan of action and follow-up needs to be put in place. Thus, Action Planning and follow-up component are part of every Resolution Management Training Program.
