an impartial outsider (the mediator) to assist in the resolution

clients one-on-one to identify business and personal objectives
and assists in the development of a plan of action for personal

provide on going counsel that will removes barriers and support

Planning & Follow-up Sessions
Experience
has shown that to truly apply the skills and knowledge one acquires
through training, a plan of action and follow-up needs to be put
in place. Thus, Action Planning and follow-up component are part
of every Resolution Management Training Program.
