Effective Workplace Communication:
Moving from Judgment to Understanding

Effective Workplace Communication: Moving from Judgment to Understanding has the potential to transform the existing on-site relationships to a more successful partnership -- giving all parties a greater sense of their own efficiency and a greater openness to others. This interactive session is designed to provide communication skills and team building strategies that will improve workplace relationships and de-escalate conflict. The skills taught will assist in creating an atmosphere that fosters open and effective two way and group communication. In addition, the sessions will inspire a broader understanding of the importance of working together as a team. The intent is to positively impact day-to-day relationships among staff members, customers, and in one's own personal life.
