Sexual
Harassment is an ugly reality of the business world - the meanest
of power struggles between working men and women. Its consequences
can be painful - even destructive for the individuals and the organization
involved. This engaging program will address, access and use the
company's policies and procedures to provide the framework for our
discussion. The emphasis of this program is on specific, work-related
behavior that supports the elimination of any and all sexual harassment
in the workplace.
Objectives
By
the end of this training session participants will have:
- A clear
understanding of what sexual harassment is.
- A better
understanding of their rights and responsibilities in the workplace
regarding sexual harassment.
- An understanding
of what is acceptable and appropriate behavior.
- The ability
to take individual responsibility for preventing sexual harassment
in the workplace.
- Contribute
to a company culture of respect.
- Utilize
productive ways to confront inappropriate behaviors and to support
colleagues in the workplace.
